Everything you need to know about renting
📅 Booking:
Book online via the specific rental sites (wingfoil, windsurf, etc.) or call 42 72 76 98. We recommend booking in advance, especially in high season and on days with perfect wind.
⏰ Opening hours:
April-October: Daily 10-18 (weather dependent)
Out of season: By arrangement
Always call before visiting to make sure we are available.
🎯 What's included:
All necessary gear (board, sails/wings/kites, vest, wetsuit if needed). We will go over all equipment with you before you hit the water.
🏄 Experience required?
SUP & Kayak: No experience necessary
Wingfoil & Windsurf: Recommended with basic experience (courses available)
Kitesurfing: Only for certified kitesurfers (IKO or similar)
💳 Payment:
Online (credit card), MobilePay or cash. Deposit reserved upon booking.
☀️ Weather & cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel in case of bad weather or unsafe conditions. Your safety always comes first. Full refund in case of cancellation on our part.

Why is Blue Spirit East Jutland's largest water sports rental?
We have the location in Ebeltoft, 5 different water sports, 15 instructors and Denmark's largest wingfoil selection. No one else in East Jutland offers the same breadth and quality.
What is the difference between your rental times?
2 hours: Perfect for a quick session or if you want to test a sport.
3 hours: Most popular – plenty of time to get out and enjoy it.
1 day (8 hours): Full day on the water, come and go as you please.
FlexCard (10 hours): Benefit over multiple visits, save up to DKK 650.
What is FlexCard and how does it work?
The FlexCard gives you 10 hours of rental for a fixed price – cheaper than renting 10 hours individually. You can use the hours whenever you want throughout the season. Perfect if you plan to surf several times!
Can I test gear before I buy it?
Yes! On wingfoil, windsurfing and kitesurfing equipment we offer try-before-you-buy. Rent the gear, test it on the water, and if you buy within 7 days, we'll credit the rental price against the purchase price. Call for details!
Do I need experience to rent?
SUP & Kayak: No, no experience necessary. We provide an introduction.
Wingfoil & Windsurf: Basic experience recommended. We offer courses if you are new.
Kitesurfing: Only for certified kitesurfers (IKO or similar). We need to see your certificate.
What happens if the weather turns bad?
We reserve the right to cancel rentals in the event of bad weather or unsafe conditions. Your safety always comes first. If cancelled on our part, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook.
What brands do you have?
We only carry premium brands: Duotone (wingfoil, windsurf, kitesurf), Core (wingfoil, kitesurf) and Neilpryde (windsurf). All gear is maintained daily.
Can I book the same day?
Often yes, but we recommend booking in advance – especially in high season (June-August) and on days with perfect wind. Call 42 72 76 98 to check availability.
