Fixed base by the sea: We use our café as a meeting point for arrival, briefing and conclusion – with a view of the water and space to finish the experience together.

Is your team building suitable for employees without water sports experience?
Yes. We adapt the activities to the level of the group and build it up with a safe intro and clear exercises. The focus is on shared experience and cooperation – not performance.
How many people can participate at a time?
Our maximum capacity is 70 participants at a time . For larger groups, we can run the event as a team/rotation throughout the day, so that quality and overview are maintained.
How long does a corporate event typically last?
Most people choose 2–3 hours . We can also do half- or full-day formats, especially if you want a combination or rotation between activities.
Should we choose Kystens Helte/Kystens Ro, or can we get a customized setup?
You can choose one of our tried and tested formats: Coastal Heroes (energy and challenges) or Coastal Peace (inclusive collaboration). If you have a specific goal or participant profile, we can also tailor the event.
What if the weather isn't ideal?
Water activities are weather dependent. If conditions require it, we will adjust the timing or format so that you still have a good experience. Safety and quality always come first.
Do you have facilities for changing clothes and the opportunity to rinse/bath after activity?
Yes. We have permanent facilities with changing rooms and toilets – as well as the possibility of rinsing/bathing, so that participants can easily continue after the event.
Can we get an invoice or EAN?
Yes. Send your company name and invoice information (possibly EAN) and we will handle it in connection with booking.
